With a legal practice dating back to 2008, Mr. Greene has devoted his career to probate work and estate planning. His journey in law is built upon a solid foundation in accounting—he became a Certified Public Accountant in 2002 after earning both his Bachelor’s in Accounting (2000) and Master’s in Accountancy (2003) from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. While working full-time, he pursued and completed his Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2007, marking the beginning of a promising legal career.

Since his admission to the Alabama and Florida Bars in 2008, and later to the California Bar in 2014, Mr. Greene has consistently demonstrated excellence and commitment. His selection for the Inaugural Mentoring class for Jefferson County Alabama lawyers—a program working directly with the Judicial System—further attests to his dedication to legal mentorship and community service.

Deeply rooted in the local community, Mr. Greene treasures time with his family, his loyal dog, and the enriching experiences found in travel. He eagerly anticipates the opportunity to apply his decades of professional experience to the Probate Court, serving the citizens of Jefferson County in both the Birmingham and Bessemer Divisions.
